Join Cambridge historian Fonz Chamberlain for an exclusive and fascinating talk exploring the history of Cambridge's vibrant music scene.

 

Discover the local bands that emerged during the 1960s, who they were, where they performed, and whether they went on to achieve wider success. You'll also hear about some of the decade's biggest chart topping acts and their connections to Cambridge, including the venues they played and the impact they had on the city's music culture.

 

Also enjoy a unique collection of rare photographs, recordings, and stories that bring Cambridge's music scene of the 1960s to life.
